Exporting Exam Response Report

To export the exam response report in ULearning, follow these steps:

Step 1: Exporting the Exam Response Report

• On the Exam Results screen, click the drop-down menu.
• From the drop-down menu, select the "Export Exam Responses" button.

The exam reponse report will be downloaded to your local computer in a zip file.

Unzip the file, you will see each student’s responses is in a separate Word document.

By following these steps, you can export the exam response report from ULearning and access individual student response documents in Word format. This enables you to review and evaluate students' exam answers thoroughly, facilitating detailed feedback or further analysis of their performance.

Make sure you have the necessary software (such as Microsoft Word) installed on your computer to open and view the exported exam response documents.
